For our moissanite pieces, we use a velvet jewelry box (as shown in the second photo) to provide extra protection for the stones during shipping. Our clear film display boxes are typically used for our fashion accessory styles.

We chose the velvet packaging specifically to better protect the moissanite and ensure it arrives safely and securely.

That said, we truly appreciate your feedback on the packaging presentation — it’s very valuable to us, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the full unboxing experience
