🇺🇸 All U.S. orders include applicable duties and taxes. No additional charges are due upon delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

How to Return

1. Email support@a2k.london with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item (with tracking) to the return address we provide via email.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection.

Additional Notes

• A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• International returns follow the same policy.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
